This policy explains Dink’n’s current U.S. shipping coverage, the $75 Free Standard Shipping offer, delivery estimates, address changes, and package support. Checkout shows the final shipping options, rates, taxes, and estimated delivery dates for each eligible order.

Order Processing

Once payment is accepted and order details are confirmed, we process and ship orders as soon as possible. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or carrier disruptions. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are based on current fulfillment and transit information and are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates And Delivery Estimates

Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Standard delivery is estimated within 5–10 business days after your order ships. This transit estimate does not include processing time. Depending on the order and destination, checkout may also offer carrier-calculated FedEx 2Day®, UPS® Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage service. Available methods, prices, and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing an order, please send us a message via our Contact Page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is submitted.

Lost, Delayed, Or Damaged Packages

If a package is delayed, lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and available details. We will review the issue and help determine the next appropriate step based on the order status, carrier information, and applicable store policies.

Shipping Destinations

Dink’n currently ships only to eligible U.S. addresses. International shipping is not currently available. Checkout is the final confirmation of destination eligibility and available services.
