How to take the Court Couples Set
Men’s Daily: Take 2 capsules daily with breakfast and water.
Women’s Daily: Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast or lunch and water.
Morning or midday dosing aligns B vitamin support with your active hours. Taking your multivitamin with a meal also helps reduce the chance of stomach discomfort.*
